WEDDING CAKES
When do I need to book?
Many of our couples like to book at least 12 months in advance to secure their choice of date. We are currently taking bookings for 2010 and 2011. See the availabilty page for full details. We try to update this page as quickly as possible and occasionally we do get some cancellations so please check. We already have in excess of 50 bookings for 2010 so early booking is advisable.
A £50.00 deposit is all that is required to secure your booking/date. Your wedding cake design, style, colour scheme and flowers can then be confirmed closer to your wedding date.
Wedding cake bookings made within 2 months of the date of the wedding require a 50% deposit.
Unfortunately a booking is NOT CONFIRMED until the deposit has been received. Cheques need to be received within 7 DAYS of any provisional booking.
Cheques can be made payable to 'Authenticake' and posted to the corresp address: -
Authenticake, 28 The Elms, Porthill, Newcastle Under Lyme, Staffs, ST5 8RP.
A confirmation receipt and booking form will then be sent to you promptly.
Any balance is due on all wedding cakes 14 DAYS before the event.
Free delivery and set-up where possible for Wedding Cakes can be offered within a 15 mile radius of Newcastle Under Lyme, subject to availability. (This excludes Bank Holidays where a min charge applies). Outside this area, mileage is chargeable at 50p per mile round trip. We reserve the right to withdraw the offer of delivery where we consider distances are too extreme.

CELEBRATION CAKES
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance must be paid on collection in cash or building society cheque. Personal cheques can only be accepted with a valid cheque guarantee card. We do not deliver Celebration cakes.
